DevToolRoom provides browser-based utilities. This policy explains what happens when you use the website, including the distinction between local tool processing and optional third-party services.
The image compression, JSON, Base64 and text tools are designed to process the content you choose in your browser. The core tool logic does not intentionally upload that input to a DevToolRoom processing server. You should still avoid entering information that you do not want exposed to a browser, browser extension, CDN or third-party service.
The hosting provider, CDN and security services may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, request timestamps and error logs. These services are used to deliver, secure and maintain the website.
Essential storage may remember your language and privacy choice. Optional analytics and advertising should only load after consent where required. The website includes a Consent Mode v2 foundation; production advertising must be connected to a Google-certified Consent Management Platform (CMP).
If Google AdSense is enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies for measurement and advertising subject to your consent choices and applicable settings. Ads are intended to be visually separated from tool controls and are never presented as download or processing buttons.
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. Consent can be withdrawn for optional services. You may also contact your local data protection authority.
Canadian users may ask what personal information is handled, why it is handled, and how to request access or correction. We aim to use meaningful consent for optional advertising and analytics.
California residents may have rights to know, delete and correct certain personal information and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information where applicable. DevToolRoom does not sell tool input to data brokers.
Requests can be sent to the contact address below. We will assess them under the law that applies to your location.
